Senior Appeals Administrator - Remote Opportunity

This is a contract position for approximately 10 months, where you will utilize your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to drive reputed company improvement in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment. In this role, you will:
- Utilize your expertise in reputed company policy to identify required documentation for appeal cases and assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent.
- Identify process defects and recommend remediation, using your analytical skills to drive improvement.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, reputed company, or equivalent.

- Demonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries, and resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, reputed company, or equivalent.
- Experience using knowledge databases and researching skills.
- Previous HR experience (Payroll and Benefits).
- Proven ability to manage customer contacts in a fast-paced environment and reputed company to constantly changing workloads.
- Additional languages a plus.
