• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones
• Offering technical assistance and troubleshooting issues with products or services
• Assisting customers with payment-related inquiries, billing issues, and payment processing errors
• Informing customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers
• Providing updates on order status, shipping, and delivery
• Cross-selling and upselling relevant products based on customer needs and preferences
• Encouraging customers to leave feedback and reviews, and reporting valuable insights to relevant departments
