Customer Experience Representative, Seasonal, Full Time
Description:
• Seasonal CX Representatives provide phone and email customer service with product knowledge and passion
• Collaborate daily with distribution centers and customers; remote or in-office; Mountain Studio nearby preferred
• Report to Customer Experience Shift Managers
• Responsibilities: communicate via phone, email and chat; manage the support queue; address inquiries within KPIs; articulate product information; uphold Gladly agent standards
• Start date October 1st; $18/hour; Full-time hourly non-exempt; Flexible scheduling 30-40 hours per week after training; Holiday hours; Holiday Pay; Paid Sick Time; Seasonal role through March 2026; Gear Test credit; WFH equipment package
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Intermediate computer and typing skills required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Outdoor apparel/apparel knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
Benefits:
