Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
