We're looking for a talented professional to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional services within agreed service levels.


Job Summary: As a Senior Service Delivery Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of specific services within agreed service levels, working closely with business stakeholders and IT service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements. You will act as the primary customer contact for all service-related inquiries and issues, set strategies for service delivery, and monitor service performance to ensure that the service team meets the needs and requirements of business customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of services within agreed service levels
  • Collaborate with business and IT service providers to agree on required services
  • Act as primary customer contact for all service-related inquiries and issues
  • Develop strategies for service delivery that support the strategic needs of the organization
  • Create and manage service-level agreements and operational-level agreements
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs and service performance
  • Collect and review data, statistics, and reports for effective service performance monitoring
  • Support the development and updating of technical documentation
  • Review service outages and bring issues to resolution
  • Work with service providers to monitor outages, incidents, and problems to resolution
  • Drive continual improvement through IT service improvement plans

Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of system management platforms, service management, and ITIL principles

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL v3 Certification
