Job Title: Academic Collaborater/Research Advisor I Location: Remote Pay Rate: $51.02/W2 Contract: 3+ Months Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Weekly pay Job Summary: The main function of an Academic Collaborator is to advise on research surrounding the advnacement of new technologies and products. This includes implementation of new methodologies, creating new tools and advancing cutting-edge projects. The typical Academic Collaborator has professorial experience within a social science or research based field. Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our Research team as part of ongoing product research • Work closely with product teams to identify research topics • Conduct research to understand user behavior and attitudes • Partner with engineers, analysts, and other technical roles to create and share research. Skills: • Strong statistical and data analysis skills. • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one's time. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and to interpret and communicate research findings and insights Education/Experience: • Current Ph.D. student in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field. • Strong research track record with peer-reviewed publications, preferably in top-tier AI/ML conferences such as ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, or other high-impact venues. • Solid foundation in modern machine learning methodologies and statistical modeling. • Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research independently and work collaboratively in a research team. Must Have skills: • Current Ph.D. student in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field. • Strong research track record with peer-reviewed publications, preferably in top-tier AI/ML conferences such as ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, or other high-impact venues. • Solid foundation in modern machine learning methodologies and statistical modeling. • Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research independently and work collaboratively in a research team.
