Summary
This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research that drives the development of innovative AI products. Job Responsibilities
• Employ various qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate user insights.
• Translate product team objectives into structured research plans.
• Independently conduct studies such as ethnographic explorations, one-on-one interviews, and usability testing, with mentorship support.
• Produce research reports and actionable recommendations; present findings to stakeholders with confidence.
• Foster strong collaboration with researchers and cross-functional partners in Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and curiosity about human behavior and decision-making.
• Generate insights that inform ideation and evaluate design effectiveness.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, or product development; or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience; or PhD with relevant experience.
• Academic background in a human behavior-related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Neuroscience, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
• Experience working on tech products and driving research insights.
• Experience in zero-to-one research.
• Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, and usability testing.
• Skilled in translating research findings into strategic narratives.
Additional Details
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 10 Months
• Pay Range: $31.50 - $36 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
