As a key member of our Community Policy team, you will play a critical role in addressing reputed company Trust & Safety challenges, including fraud, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to create accessible policy enforcement guidance.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Use data, research, and insights to evaluate and revise policies as needed
• Foster, build, and maintain relationships with leadership of internal business verticals

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 10-15 years of experience in a Policy, reputed company, or Trust and Safety role, with prior leadership on fraud issues in an international environment
• Exceptional writing abilities and strong communication skills
