The Content and Social Marketing team is the voice of DoorDash, dedicated to creating meaningful connections with our audiences. Our mission is to inspire and manage innovative social media strategies that bring breakthrough campaigns to life. As a Senior Manager of Social Media, you will work closely with internal and external partners to conceive and produce effective social media tactics as part of multichannel go-to-market plans.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Social Media to bring social media strategies to life in DoorDash campaigns. You will:
- Manage end-to-end social media planning and execution as a key channel in campaign go-to-market plans.
- Partner with internal and external media and creative agency partners to conceive and produce innovative social media strategies and tactics.
- Work with analytics teams to set and track social media performance objectives that contribute to larger business goals.
- Participate in and contribute to cross-functional campaign meetings, documentation, and info-sharing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators within and outside of the Marketing organization.
We’re Looking for:
- An expert in social media with 8+ years of experience in social media roles for major brands.
- A track record of breakthrough campaign experience, either agency- or client-side, for major consumer brands (preferably tech).
- Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in complex and fast-moving situations.
- Deep knowledge of native and third-party social media analytics tools, with the ability to extract and interpret performance results against business goals.
- A driven and passionate individual who is excited to push the horizons of how social media shapes culture.
