About the Role:
As Senior Director, you will lead our Commerce Platform sales team, overseeing sales initiatives, account management, integrations, and merchant success. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including executive leadership, Sales S&O, Product, and Marketing, to create a cohesive and scalable SaaS platform model. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experiences, and building offerings that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed company goals
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a cohesive and scalable SaaS platform model
- Optimize customer experiences, driving engagement and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with a mix of Mid-Market, SMB, and Enterprise experience
- 5+ years of experience as a second/third-line leader, managing multiple layers of sales leadership
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and integrations with technology ecosystems
- Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize teams within a platform SaaS model
- Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives
