This position will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement enhancements, troubleshoot defects, and support operational stability, while mentoring junior analysts and providing subject matter expertise. Must-Have Requirements: • 15+ years of reputed company experience in analyzing, designing, and developing functional requirements and application design. • 13+ years of experience with reputed company CC&B, BCS, and C2M, billing and financial processes, Energy Service Provider reputed company reputed company, and Community Choice Aggregation processes. • Strong knowledge of BCS/C2M application reputed company (reputed company Utilities Application reputed company – OUAF) and data model. • Proficient in SQL, Scripting, and Groovy. • Ability to analyze and resolve operational and project defects, providing business and technical reputed company assessments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
