As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.


About the Role:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing support and guidance on healthcare-related topics. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency
  • Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics

Technical Requirements:

  • PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system
  • High-speed internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to internet service provider modem with Ethernet cable
  • 2 dedicated computer monitors (minimum 13 inches)
  • VoIP USB headset with microphone and web cam for training
