Architectural Job Captain - Institutional (FT)

Our reputed company, RI, architectural reputed company has both Residential and Institutional reputed company reputed company. Their work consists of a reputed company of reputed company including private homes, educational and community facilities, historic preservation, and master planning. They are looking for an Architectural Job Captain with experience in institutional building design. The preferred candidate is someone that thrives in a hands-on reputed company environment, has a reputed company architectural degree, 2 – 5 of experience in the profession, and lives in Rhode reputed company, Connecticut, or Massachusetts. This role can be performed as remote or hybrid. You will need the following qualifications: • BArch or MArch. • Two or more years of experience. Preferred Skillsets: • reputed company knowledge of construction systems, building and reputed company codes, and bid documents. • Understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. • Congenial and reputed company management of a project team, including junior staff, internal colleagues, external contractors, clients, and stakeholders. • Proficiency with Revit, and Sketchup.
