Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor remote systems to ensure proper functionality and respond to technical support tickets
  • Review Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) performance and generate worklists for maintenance
  • Perform standard interventions and maintain operational guidelines for BESS
  • Maintain system logs of operations, issues, and significant events, communicating with stakeholders as necessary
  • Initiate emergency response management processes according to established guidelines

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience
  • Background in electrical systems, PLC programming, instrumentation, automation, and HMI controls is a strong asset
  • Ability to work a shift schedule including overtime, holidays, and on-call as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of phone systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate on critical issues
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
