Job Summary:

As a USA Coach/Ops Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales, providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be expected to model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, introduce and lead company change efforts, and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
  • Drive financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing expenses
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and provide process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
