Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to 25+ account inquiries per hour, providing reputed company/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated reputed company the fraud detection queues.
• Assist with the completion of lost/stolen reports, reputed company and transfer of compromised accounts, and build credit card replacement orders.
• reputed company to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research, and expertise of more reputed company fraud analysts.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6+ months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact center experience
• Bilingual Spanish
• Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work on camera at reputed company times
