As a Remote Summer Camp Instructor, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering interactive lessons that align with our educational framework, fostering a deep understanding and love for mathematics
• Creating a collaborative and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, creativity, and critical thinking
• Tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure each student reaches their full potential
• Contributing to the overall camp experience, including student check-in/out, managing study halls, and facilitating seminars and workshops
• Fostering a vibrant and enjoyable setting that makes mathematics accessible, engaging, and fun for students of all skill levels

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, with a deep understanding of how to motivate and engage students in a fast-paced educational setting
• A strong academic background in Mathematics or a related STEM discipline, with a Bachelor's degree or higher (candidates pursuing a graduate degree are encouraged to apply)
• Proven experience in instructing students in grades 6-12, with familiarity with math competitions (AMC 8, 10, 12, and AIME) being a significant advantage
