Remote Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arizona Residents Only)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team at Workwarp, a leading business technology company celebrating over 25 years of success. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent across the nation. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume phone calls to respond to applicants, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Manage applicant pipelines in our ATS to place 4-5 candidates weekly
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, empowering applicants to gain independence and land their dream jobs
- Work in a fast-paced, high-activity recruiting cycle with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, high-volume recruiting, or sales positions
- Outbound call center experience is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and engaging communication style, with the ability to capture attention in 15 seconds
- Coachable, dependable, and strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Must reside in Arizona and have a dedicated home office setup
