As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of reputed company center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
- Previous high-volume outbound reputed company center experience with auto-dialer and script handling preferred
- Results-reputed company reputed company with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a friendly and conversational tone
- Strong technical skills with ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously

- Connect with customers through our CRM, scheduling and confirming appointments
