We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at American Traveler. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals interested in traveling to hospital contract assignments. Your exceptional communication and sales skills will be utilized to persuasively present job opportunities, negotiate contract terms, and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
This is a sales-focused role that requires a competitive, confident, and self-motivated individual with a strong background in sales, recruiting, or account management. Prior experience in healthcare or recruitment is not necessary, as our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and qualifying healthcare professional leads through outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails
- Persuasively presenting job opportunities to prospective and existing clients
- Negotiating contract terms and benefits to drive profitability
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals through superior customer service
- Meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment goals to drive business growth
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
