We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Job Type: Part-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM - 8 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Job Requirements:
