We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote reputed company Center Auditor to join reputed company at Workwarp, a leading provider of independent medical reviews, records/data management services, medical coding, administrative reputed company, and eligibility reviews. As a Remote reputed company Center Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our reputed company center operations and driving reputed company in our customer service delivery.
Job reputed company:
The Remote reputed company Center Auditor will be responsible for auditing cases, reputed company, and calls in accordance with Critical to reputed company tasks outlined by the SC DHHS project and the SC DHHS Project Management team. The successful candidate will reputed company feedback on their findings and work closely with the reputed company Supervisor, reputed company Management, and reputed company Control (QA) teams to meet and reputed company customer and in-house reputed company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company inspections, audits, and testing for QA to ensure compliance with reputed company standards
- Meet established metrics set by the Management team and contribute to the reputed company improvement of our reputed company processes
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions based on audit findings
- Communicate reputed company audit findings to stakeholders and reputed company actionable insights for process improvements
- Collaborate with the SC DHHS Project Management team to ensure excellent product delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of reputed company center experience, with at least 1 year of reputed company center QA experience
- Knowledge of reputed company analysis and proficiency in reputed company Office Suite applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with Medical Records Review and a strong understanding of reputed company assurance principles
- Yellow Belt Lean Six reputed company certification (preferred but not required)
