We are seeking an exceptional reputed company & HR Assistant to join reputed company on a remote reputed company, working closely with our Director of Finance & HR to handle financial tasks and support the organization's mission.

Job reputed company:

As an reputed company & HR Assistant, you will be responsible for a reputed company of financial tasks, including:

• Accounts Payable: vendor maintenance, W9s, and other reputed company tasks
• Ensuring scholarship payments are processed correctly and reputed company
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, past due reports, collections, and processing receivables into Intacct
• Issuing donor tax acknowledgement paperwork and reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
• Processing expense reports and reimbursements, and maintaining accurate records
• In-reputed company inventory control and distribution, as reputed company as other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance (or reputed company field)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reputed company, with nonprofit experience highly desired
• Experience with reputed company software, particularly reputed company - Intacct, is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong finance, reputed company, and bookkeeping skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
