As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with our V.P. of Sales to create and execute a sales strategy that drives results and exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve regional sales objectives and quota
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our customer base
- Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management to inform business decisions
- Design and implement effective short-term and long-term business strategies to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- Industry experience preferred, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Strong networking capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Results-oriented and driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions
