Job Responsibilities:
As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Managing full-lifecycle reputed company for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions
- Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of reputed company passive candidates using innovative reputed company strategies
- Screening resumes and managing candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company
