Join our team as a Program Manager I, Executive Selling Partner Relations - Social Media, and play a critical role in driving success and improving the Selling Partner experience. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance your time between our remote office and home, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits. As a key member of our Executive Selling Partner Relations (ESPR) team, you will be responsible for responding to 3P Selling Partner escalations, identifying root causes, and driving preventative actions to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

The ESPR Social Media team is dedicated to predicting and resolving Selling Partner needs, creating innovative self-help tools, and providing solutions to help our partners better serve their customers. As a Program Manager, you will work independently to deliver results, leveraging your program management skills and knowledge to de-escalate issues, own the Selling Partner experience, and regain trust. You will also collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to identify process gaps, create preventative action plans, and eliminate the risk of future occurrences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address Selling Partner issues by working directly with them to understand their experience
  • Identify root causes of Selling Partner experience failures and make recommendations to key business owners to fix process or technology gaps
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments and lead frequent meetings with stakeholders to drive escalations to resolution
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency to drive resolution and defect elimination

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience within the Selling Partner-Support organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and project management tools
