Senior Program and Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

Join the Verizon Team as a Senior Program and Project Manager and be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and excellence in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead a portfolio of product projects through the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery. This is a full-time remote opportunity available in various locations across the United States, including California, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage assigned portfolio of projects and the E2E Product Commercialization Process
  • Exercise understanding of Product Life Cycle and internal Product Commercialization Process to identify potential process, workflow, and automation improvements
  • Communicate and collaborate across Portfolio and Product Management, tech partners, and stakeholder organizations to identify scope and requirement duplication or dependencies and improve each product's time to market
  • Partner with technology and business leaders to define and evolve program/project development increment priorities
  • Promote collaboration of scope, use cases, technical requirements, product design, and functional testing to ensure products and tech partners adhere to aligned scope, project sizing, approved budget, and project timelines
  • Data integrity management and reporting, plus tracking of project dates and timelines
  • Google site and content management
  • Monitor program/project monthly capital spend to minimize overspend
  • Provide clear, consistent direction, pragmatic problem-solving techniques, and encouragement and constructive criticism
  • Solve problems by digging into details to determine root causes, quantifying impact, and pursuing impactful solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Four or more years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Product or product life cycle management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business product lifecycle management experience
  • Financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and strong relationship-building and networking abilities

  • Competitive salary range of $108,000.00 to $219,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule
