Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service
- Follow communication scripts, identify customers' needs, and provide solutions and alternatives
- Perform data entry, access company resources, and navigate online platforms efficiently
- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
- 1+ year of call center or office background experience
- Technical savvy and ability to work independently
- Previous remote work experience a plus
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and typing accuracy (35 wpm)
- Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with state and federal laws
What We Offer:
- Competitive starting pay: $14/hour, with shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
- Paid training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (MST)
- Full-time, 40-hour schedule, with rotating weekends
- Equipment provided for full-time, permanent employees

Technical Requirements:
- Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater processor
- 8GB memory on Windows 8.1/10 64 bits
- 1280x768 or higher screen resolution, with dual monitors required
- USB headset and up-to-date antivirus software
