Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers, providing compassionate and professional support
- Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
- Rapidly retrieve information to address payroll-related inquiries
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and provide guidance to caregivers and patients
- Document information and outcomes as necessary
About You:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Empathetic, patient, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and maintain a quality-focused mindset
Home Office Requirements:
- Computer meeting specified criteria (Windows 10 or 11, 8GB RAM, etc.)
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection
- Dual monitors and USB noise-cancelling headset
- Webcam for certification experience
