Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems
  • Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and navigate multiple software systems
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
