Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and fixtures, following established schedules and guidelines
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, and fixtures, and document maintenance activities
• Perform minor repairs, utilizing multiple craft skills, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules, completing and providing required written and electronic information
• Demonstrate expertise and apply best practices to develop, execute, and improve action plans
