The Role
- Delivering engaging and interactive online lessons to adult students using conversation-styled, pre-set lesson plans
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language skills
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate and engage with the material
- Managing a small group of students and providing individualized attention and support as needed

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in any field
- 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
- Excellent command of the English language (accent neutral)
- Computer literate and able to troubleshoot technical issues
Technical Requirements
To ensure a high-quality online learning experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Stable FIBRE internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speeds
- PC connected via a LAN cable (not Wi-Fi)
- Intel Core i5 Six Generation Processor, Quad Core CPU, and 8GB RAM or greater
- Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) or Portable Power Station with a battery life of up to 4-5 hours
- Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera
- Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
