To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS
- Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
