Remote Customer Support Agent - Seasonal Opportunity
Join UnifyCX, a leading Global Business Process Outsourcing company, as a Customer Support Agent and be part of our dynamic, remote-first team! We're seeking experienced and motivated individuals to deliver exceptional service to our clients during our busy season.
Key Highlights:
- Seasonal position: July 1st – October 2025
- Competitive base pay: $20.00 per hour
- Remote work arrangement: Must reside in the greater San Antonio, TX area
- Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (no weekends!)
- Employment duration: 3 to 4 months
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Manage your time effectively and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
- Maintain organized records of service actions and outcomes
- Prioritize workflow based on task urgency and importance
- Support additional tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Availability to work Monday-Friday
- Proficiency in communications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
