- Maintain accurate records of interactions and case notes within our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with the support team.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in live chat or online customer support is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Exceptional written communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to enhance support services.
- Fast typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
