We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Remote Aetna Behavioral Health Lead in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $30/hour and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with chronic conditions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our Aetna Behavioral Health products, with a focus on improving care delivery and outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and financial value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the Aetna Behavioral Health product and growth strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for Aetna Behavioral Health products and programs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze competitive products and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of all Aetna capabilities in support of the Aetna Behavioral Health strategy
  • Champion Aetna Behavioral Health needs with regulatory policy teams and support advocacy for enterprise policy
  • Track Aetna Behavioral Health growth and execution budget spend against plan and coordinate course correction as needed
  • Develop business cases for new Aetna Behavioral Health products and benefit plans
  • Partner with clinical leadership to develop product concepts that improve health outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions

Required Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare operations or management
  • Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in measurable positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level, with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships at multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with a high level of complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to implement change among cross-functional teams and coordinate program execution and results
