Job Summary:
- Provide consistently high-quality customer care and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
- Perform a range of airport-related tasks and be prepared to assist with daily operations in areas such as check-in, security, gates, and arrivals
- Conduct security checks, screen passengers, and verify travel documents
- Work closely with Lead Specialists to ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support
- Promote and sell American Airlines' services and products to clients
- Participate in mandatory training and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (Saber/Qik)
- Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends and holidays
