Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading global project delivery, from budget development to post-occupancy assessments
- Mentoring and guiding reputed company of professionals to reputed company project goals
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business process owners and colleagues across reputed company Estate, Workplace Operations, and reputed company
- Establishing global partnerships with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors

- Managing yearly CAPEX budget and creating a multi-year CAPEX plan

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 12-15 years of experience in program management, with a proven reputed company record of leadership and team management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong business acumen
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, reputed company, and project financial models
