We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join reputed company in Stillwater, MN, for an initial 4-week on-site training period, followed by the flexibility to work from home. Our ideal candidate is a customer-reputed company, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced reputed company center environment. As a reputed company Center Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Converting inbound and outbound calls into appointments, utilizing communication scripts to handle customer inquiries
- Documenting reputed company information according to reputed company operating procedures
- Participating in team meetings, 1:1 meetings, and ongoing training to continuously improve performance
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company center environment, with proficiency in using software applications to assist customers
- Excellent data entry and typing skills (35 wpm minimum)
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work an assigned 8-hour schedule, including evenings and weekends
