As a User Experience Champion, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving user queries, and providing tailored solutions
- Communicating effectively with users from diverse backgrounds, adapting to various accents and communication styles
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams
- Providing proactive follow-ups, sending outbound emails, and keeping users informed about query status
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and improve service delivery
- Documenting user interactions, providing feedback, and contributing to process improvements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in call support, preferably with international clients
- A background in sports, health, fitness, or related areas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve user concerns
- Comfort with CRM tools, payment gateway tools, and other relevant software
- Availability to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM IST) to align with international time zones
- A user-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
