Job Title: USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join our team in Mooresville, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and active listening, and provide feedback and coaching to associates
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, and ensure diversity and inclusion awareness
- Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
