At Intervene K-12, we provide assessments, analytics, and online instruction to support students struggling in math, reading, science, and English Language (EL/ESL). Job Summary
We're looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and hardworking Head of Operations and Client Delivery to develop and implement cross-functional strategies that drive operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. As a member of our leadership team, you will report to the CEO and oversee our operational business units, including Partner Success & Client Support, Content Delivery, and Online Instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute actionable business strategies, tactics, and plans to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Drive process improvements, operational excellence, quality, and delivery-focused initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Partner Success & Client Support, Content Delivery, and Online Instruction
- Integrate management, customer and client support, and stakeholder management
- Analyze internal operations, identify areas for process enhancement, and establish corrective measures as needed
- Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting, to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Management of Strategic Operations, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Strong data analysis and performance metrics skills
- Problem-solver mindset and ability to diagnose problems quickly
- Education sector experience is a plus
