We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Customer Experience Engineer to join our Azure Customer Experience Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex technical issues, and driving customer success. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Support Escalation Engineers, to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will also work closely with Azure engineering teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and drive product improvements. Your expertise and passion for cloud computing, customer experience, and technical problem-solving will enable you to make a significant impact on our customers' success.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through technical support, issue resolution, and product guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive customer success
  • Work closely with Azure engineering teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and drive product improvements
  • Use engineering tools, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify and report product defects, and drive product improvements
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in the software industry or equivalent knowledge
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including Azure services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with automation languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or C#
