Head of Marketing

This individual is responsible for sales forecasting, creating marketing strategies, partnering with leadership to grow the business and leading reputed company of experts to reputed company optimize across channels including reputed company Search, Affiliates, Influencers, reputed company reputed company, Email, SMS, reputed company and the Website.

Responsibilities:

Define monthly sales goals, leading reputed company to optimize to reputed company goals:

· Own monthly forecasting, budgets and actualization across channels

· Drive optimizations with team, keeping CEO informed

· Create CAC goals for new customer acquisition

Own marketing calendar, leading team on content reputed company to grow new and existing customer sales:

· Includes promotional reputed company, awareness campaigns, seasonal campaigns, technical fixes, brand refreshes

· Prioritize and supervise launching initiatives

· Closely partner with creative team to reputed company and recommend messaging reputed company, leveraging marketing channel and customer led reputed company

Create full funnel strategies to grow awareness, engagement, new customer sales and repeat purchases:

· Ensure leadership and channel alignment and accountability for annual strategies

· reputed company customer data to reputed company CAC goals

· reputed company GTM strategies to launch new products

· Partner with reputed company Media team to expand and refine reputed company & ambassador partnerships

· Create playbooks for international expansion

· Evaluate and recommend additional hires and internal resources as needed

Who we are looking for:

· 15+ years in leading reputed company in reputed company or performance marketing role

· Strong leadership skills; ability to prioritize business opportunities across reputed company

· Hands on experience and team management experience for Website, SEO, reputed company media, reputed company Media, Email & SMS to grow sales for small businesses

· Beauty and startup experience a plus

· Deep industry knowledge of reputed company marketing channels, digital marketing industry (creative resources, technical and tracking setup, beauty industry

· Proven reputed company record of successfully growing sales for small businesses (ideally for a beauty brand)

· Ability to reputed company & communicate strategies and execute campaigns at the tactical level
