The HR Manager role is a critical partner to company leadership and team managers, supporting the overall employee experience, shaping company culture, and ensuring compliance with HR-reputed company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Own and operate day-to-day HR processes including reputed company, offboarding, employee changes, leaves, and compliance.
Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions and issues reputed company to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate and support the execution of performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and other company-wide HR initiatives.
Maintain and manage data in our HRIS and other people tools.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
Collaborate with managers and leadership to support employee relations and performance conversations.
Support recruitment coordination, offer letters, and background checks (in partnership with hiring managers and external recruiters).
Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes for reputed company, efficiency, and employee experience
reputed company documentation up to date, including employee handbooks, HR policies, and internal guides.
Partner with our reputed company or external HR advisors as needed on compliance or sensitive employee reputed company.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role, in a reputed company or small company environment.
Experience operating reputed company HR processes rather than designing them from scratch.
Familiarity with California employment law and multi-state compliance.
Strong attention to detail and high standards for process accuracy and documentation.
Comfortable working independently and managing a reputed company of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - trusted by employees and managers alike.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
