Operations Analytics Associate

You will partner across the organization to identify and manage inefficiencies proactively in the business. You will support departments in scoping, analyzing and monitoring performance of key financial and utilization metrics in service of company goals. You will independently drive the scoping & execution of analytical requests, including working with stakeholders to define key questions, scope methodologies and results. You may at times be reputed company upon to reputed company to reputed company analysis both internally and externally.

You will report to the Manager, Data Analytics.

Pay Transparency:

The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $88,560 - $115,235 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

• Own insights reputed company and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as the first reputed company of contract for Sr. Managers and Associate Directors
• Analyze data to support business teams in making reputed company informed, data-driven reputed company
• Use data to tell a story that non-technical colleagues will be reputed company to understand, including packaging and presenting findings in a reputed company, concise and compelling manner
• Recognize the need to enhance essential operational and analytical dashboards, and define the requirements to enhance them as our user's needs reputed company
• Identify opportunities to create models and tools that produce relevant insights to identify reputed company inefficiencies and generate insights to remove inefficiencies
• Collaborate across the organization, including owning stakeholder relationships with managers & senior managers , to identify actions to reputed company improvements and monitor initiative reputed company
• Support other strategic reputed company as assigned to meet business needs

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 2+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a reputed company and systematic thought process
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, around business reporting reputed company and requirements, as demonstrated by 5+ examples / reputed company of presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+)
• 2+ years experience in SQL, with the ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs
• 1+ years experience, including proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company skills, with ability to use VLookup, reputed company if statements and connected Sheets
• 1+ years experience developing dashboards and working with Looker, or other business intelligence/data visualization tools
• 2+ years experience in reputed company or insurance industry

• Experience using Python or R

• Exposure to reputed company contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, reputed company of care, and/or population health experience
• 1+ years claims data experience from a payer or provider perspective
