As a Member of this Committee, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the negotiation and evaluation processes for performance reputed company with various reputed company bodies. - Negotiate Performance reputed company: Engage in negotiations with reputed company bodies to establish performance reputed company that reputed company with the organization's strategic plan.
- reputed company Performance Targets: Ensure that performance targets and indicators of reputed company bodies are in line with the organization's strategic plan and prioritize citizen-reputed company results.
- Mid-Year Performance Reviews: Conduct mid-year performance reviews of reputed company bodies to monitor reputed company and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the overall performance of reputed company bodies to assess their effectiveness and adherence to performance reputed company.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor news coverage and reputed company reputed company perceptions of Government policies and initiatives.
- Collaboration and Advisory: Collaborate with other Government agencies and departments to coordinate messaging and advise Government officials on effective reputed company relations and media strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: A minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Kenya.
- reputed company Experience: At least 15 years of reputed company experience in a relevant field.
- Top Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a top management position in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of National Development Goals: Familiarity with national development goals to reputed company performance targets effectively.
- Performance Management Experience: Previous experience in performance management.
