About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing customized marketing plans for franchise owners, providing training and guidance on marketing strategies, and managing CRM and marketing automation tools. Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including Facebook and Google Ads, direct mail campaigns, local yard sign distribution, and grassroots marketing and business development plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level.
  • Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed.
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies (experience in home services is a plus).
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly interact with franchisees.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing plans at once.
  • Ability to train and support franchisees in executing their marketing strategies.
