Manager, Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Performance Marketing to lead our paid media and marketing automation team at IMPACT Group, a certified woman-owned career coaching firm. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategy for paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and search engine advertising
  • Analyze web metrics and optimize website performance, including content creation, landing pages, blog posts, and other content that attracts visitors and tells our story
  • Work collaboratively with internal SMEs and content writers to develop blog and other web content that powers social media campaigns and SEO results
  • Execute existing and develop new lead generation strategies and processes to ensure booked appointments for the sales team
  • Coordinate new product introduction and market communication with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment
  • Generate backlinks by uncovering opportunities for our thought leaders to guest blog and other backlink opportunities
  • Support Sales Development Reps (SDRs) with content to manage marketing campaigns and maintain reporting standards
  • Propel a culture of experimentation, turning insights from each test into shared learnings that drive continuous improvement and growth

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B setting
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Wordpress, Salesforce.com, Canva, and digital email marketing platforms
  • Experience with supplier management coordination
