Job Summary
As Manager, New Products & Services Implementation, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating key workstreams across a large group of stakeholders within Retail Pharmacy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products and lines of business to life with a customer-first approach. Your expertise will help drive the successful implementation of new products and services, and you'll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot implementation and measurement: Execute new product pilots, manage dependencies, and facilitate collaboration across CVS SME teams.
- Scaled product solutioning: Act as business owner and product point-of-contact for IT partners, coordinate across SMEs to source information for technology build requirements.
- Stakeholder and upward management: Support PMO lead in ensuring timely visibility and collaboration across large, cross-functional working team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or retail industry in a strategy, innovation, product/program development and/or product/program operational role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry business models.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong acumen for data-driven decision-making.
- Agility and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD preferred.
- Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience with analytics and reporting.
- Experience with systems and technology builds.
